| RKC INSTRUMENT ANNOUNCES PORTABLE HIGH RESPONSE INFRARED SENSOR |
| RKC Instrument now offers a compact non-contact temperature sensor which
measures temperature in one second and monitors the temperature by holding
the measurement button down. This infrared sensor is ideal for applications
where contact may cause contamination, the operator may be at risk due
to high temperature, or when an object is in motion. The structure is water-proof and dustproof (IP67) to allow washing with water or antibacterial resin. The lightweight unit is easy to use and has useful functions such as C/F switchable, auto-power off and adjustable emissivity. In the food industry, the LTM-100 is an ideal instrument for measuring the surface temperature of food, for measuring the temperature of cooking food or fermentation of yeast. It can be used in a variety of other industries to measure surface temperature of heated metals, to check the temperature of transported goods, to monitor asphalt paving or to monitor transformer temperature. |
